19. Segment Information The Company operates as one operating segment where it derives its revenues from activities related to providing car wash services at its car wash locations that are geographically diversified throughout the United States and have similar economic characteristics and nature of services. To assess consolidated performance the chief operating decision maker (“CODM”), who is the Chief Executive Officer, evaluates the operating results and performance through net income. Our CODM regularly reviews net income as reported on the consolidated statement of operations and total assets as reported on the consolidated balance sheet for purposes of evaluating performance, allocating resources, setting incentive compensation targets, and planning and forecasting future periods. As presented on the consolidated statements of operations, the CODM views consolidated expense information related to the cost of labor and chemicals, other store operating expenses, and general and administrative expenses to be significant and there are no other significant segment expenses or items that would require disclosure. |
